Lovely read. That’s what the reality of today feels like - not the cool, confident calm of knowing a task is going to be done, but instead a constant slight strain as if your brain is weight lifting because there is a million things happening. I often wonder if people who are by their nature super focused struggle more in this environment. Myself, I go for a walk.

That's an interesting observation - people who are naturally deep-focused might actually suffer more because they feel the context switches harder. The ADHD crowd might have an unexpected advantage here ;-) or could be that both will benefit as deep focus might become rare... And glad you're already walking!
